We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic team managing daily accounting for the Italian entity, ensuring financial accuracy across teams. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting and reconciliation processes, based in Italy with onsite work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Support period-end close processes by performing cut-off procedures and recording sub-ledger journal entries to ensure timely R2R delivery. - Reconcile various accounts, including payable, receivable, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies for accurate financial records. - Perform IFRS 16 accounting and complete data uploads from ERP to the consolidation tool, ensuring compliance and efficient financial operations.
- 3+ years experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, focusing on general ledger and financial reporting. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with strong data analytics skills to manage and interpret complex financial datasets. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in financial records effectively.
