We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for the Italian entity, ensuring seamless financial operations across diverse internal teams. This role significantly impacts financial accuracy and reporting from our Italian operations, working onsite in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate financial reporting by supporting period-end close processes, performing cut-off procedures and reconciling sub-ledgers to general ledger account balances. - Reconcile and close diverse accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and intercompany transactions, maintaining precise financial records to ensure data integrity. - Assist in the preparation of statutory and non-statutory financial statements, performing IFRS 16 accounting and supporting intercompany consolidation processes for global accuracy.
- Possess 3+ years of proven experience in a multinational financial environment, demonstrating expertise in complex accounting operations. - Exhibit proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with a strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS guidelines and general ledger systems for accurate financial reporting. - Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify, research, and effectively resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and financial integrity.
