We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and support crucial finance operations. This role will impact financial accuracy and reporting by handling transactions, P&L, and balance sheet accounts in Italy on-site. Key Responsibilities: - Perform period-end cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, record journal entries, and reconcile balances to ensure accurate R2R delivery and compliance. - Reconcile and close diverse accounts including AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, maintaining precise financial records for compliance. - Process all bank transactions and meticulously reconcile bank statements using ERP systems to ensure financial data integrity and accuracy.
- Requires 3+ years experience in multinational finance environments, demonstrating capability in complex accounting functions and processes. - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, with solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial statement preparation standards. - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, strong data analytics, and good English communication skills for reporting.
