We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic team, managing day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and ensuring financial accuracy. This hands-on role creates impact by recording/reporting transactions and reconciling accounts, primarily in Italy with an onsite work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Execute comprehensive reconciliations across various accounts including AP, AR, and intercompany, ensuring financial data integrity and accurate record-keeping. - Support month-end and year-end closing processes by performing sub-ledger cut-offs and recording journal entries, contributing to timely financial reporting. - Assist in preparing statutory and non-statutory financial statements and perform IFRS 16 accounting, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- 3+ years of proven experience in accounting within dynamic multinational environments, managing complex financial operations effectively. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with strong awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines and general ledger systems. - Possess strong data analytics skills to identify and resolve discrepancies, coupled with a good knowledge of English for international collaboration.
