We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions across teams. This hands-on role impacts financial integrity by performing period-end activities and reconciliations onsite in Italy, fostering accurate financial statements. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes, performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and reconciling them to general ledger account balances for accurate R2R delivery. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts including payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation, perform IFRS 16 accounting, and manage ERP data upload to consolidation tools.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day financial operations effectively. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS guidelines for accurate financial reporting. - Strong data analytics skill set for identifying and resolving discrepancies, coupled with good English knowledge for international communication.
