We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic and high-performing team, managing day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and ensuring financial accuracy. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting and compliance, working onsite to support critical period-end processes and financial statement preparation. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes, ensuring R2R delivery by performing cut-off procedures and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts including AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation, perform IFRS 16 accounting, and manage bank transactions and asset accounting for accurate financial records.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day accounting and financial reporting processes. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in ERP systems and general ledger procedures for efficient data management. - Strong data analytics skill set for identifying and resolving discrepancies, coupled with good English knowledge for international collaboration.
