We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for the Italian entity, integrating with a dynamic team to ensure financial accuracy. This hands-on role records and reports accounting transactions, manages P&L and Balance Sheet accounts, directly impacting financial integrity and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Support period-end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and reconciling balances to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Reconcile and close diverse accounts including AP/AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, maintaining precise financial records for audit readiness. - Perform period-end accruals and proactively identify, research, and resolve accounting discrepancies to uphold data integrity and compliance.
- Demonstrate 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational corporate environment, managing complex financial accounting tasks efficiently. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience using AP/GL systems and general accounting software platforms. - Possess strong data analytical skills to identify, research, and resolve complex discrepancies with precision and accuracy.
