We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, supporting a dynamic and high-performing team in its financial operations. The role creates impact by ensuring accurate financial reporting, reconciling balances, and performing period-end activities, directly contributing to the Italian entity's financial health. Key Responsibilities: - Support period-end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and recording journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and intercompany transactions, resolving discrepancies for data integrity. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation, performing IFRS 16 accounting to ensure compliance and transparency.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment, focusing on daily accounting operations and financial transaction management. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with strong awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines for accurate financial reporting and compliance. - Possess a strong data analytics skill set to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all accounts.
