We're hiring a Head of Delivery to lead strategic direction and network optimisation in the Belgium market, fostering collaboration with global analytics and commercial teams. This role creates impact by enhancing delivery services and maximising volume through data-driven excellence, ensuring a best-in-class experience for customers, partners, and couriers in Belgium (onsite). Key Responsibilities: - Lead delivery service execution, leveraging cost optimisation techniques to balance performance KPIs for all partners, ensuring efficient and effective operations. - Establish operational excellence standards, promoting continuous improvement culture across teams to achieve country service levels and maximise customer conversion. - Drive courier engagement programs, gathering improved insights and fostering loyalty through proactive interaction and understanding their daily experiences.
