We're hiring a Head of Delivery to lead the strategic direction and network optimisation across the Belgium market, fostering collaboration with global analytics and commercial teams. This role creates significant impact by enhancing delivery services and maximising volume through data-driven excellence, ensuring a best-in-class experience for customers, partners, and couriers in Belgium, onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of delivery services, driving cost optimisation while balancing performance for all partners, ensuring efficient resource allocation and service quality. - Establish standards of operational excellence and promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams, implementing best practices and performance metrics. - Lead our courier engagement program to drive improved insights and loyalty by stepping into their shoes, developing initiatives that foster a strong courier community.
