We're hiring a Head of Delivery to lead strategic direction and network optimisation across Belgium, fostering collaboration with global analytical and commercial teams. This role enhances delivery services and maximises volume via data-driven excellence, ensuring top experiences for customers, partners, and couriers, onsite in Belgium. Key Responsibilities: - Lead execution of delivery services, optimising costs while balancing performance for all partners, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. - Establish standards of operational excellence and promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams, driving efficiency and quality within the delivery network. - Drive courier engagement program to improve insights and loyalty by understanding their needs, ensuring a motivated and effective courier workforce.
