Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their destinations, ensuring a comfortable and timely journey, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. - Provide excellent customer service to riders, assisting with luggage and addressing any concerns to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business. - Utilize the Uber app for navigation and trip management, efficiently accepting rides, and maintaining accurate trip logs for timely payment and performance tracking.
- Guaranteed earnings of at least $1975 for the first 155 trips completed within 30 days, with the potential to earn additional income through tips and promotions. - Flexible schedule allowing drivers to control when and where they drive, accommodating personal needs and other commitments. - Instant Pay feature enabling drivers to cash out earnings up to 5 times a day, providing immediate access to income.
- Must be 21 years old or older with a valid 4-door vehicle, a U.S. driver's license, and vehicle insurance. - Require at least one year of driving experience in the U.S. (three years if under 23 years old), with a background in transportation or peer-to-peer ridesharing industries preferred. - Demonstrate strong adaptability and reliability in navigating diverse traffic conditions and providing consistent, high-quality service to all passengers.
