We're hiring a Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services to Uber riders. This role involves navigating, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to Uber's mission of convenient mobility in cities. This role creates impact by connecting people with transportation and enabling flexible earning opportunities, mentioning cities and flexible work modes explicitly. Key Responsibilities: - Complete the first 150 trips within 30 days to earn a guaranteed minimum of $2255, ensuring successful onboarding and initial performance targets are met. - Utilize the Uber app for navigation and to manage trip details, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery to riders as per app guidelines. - Provide excellent customer service to riders throughout their journey, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and positive transportation experience.
- Guaranteed earnings of at least $2255 for your first 150 trips within 30 days. - Cash out up to 5 times per day with Uber’s Instant Pay for quick access to your earnings. - Access to 24/7 support and turn-by-turn directions through the Uber app.
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid U.S. driver's license and vehicle insurance. - Requires at least one year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23). - A 4-door vehicle is necessary for driving with Uber.
