Key Responsibilities: - Operate a scooter or e-bike to deliver orders efficiently, using GPS and delivery apps to navigate and track deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs. - Provide excellent customer service by handling orders professionally, managing any issues or special requests, and maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor. - Maintain vehicle safety and compliance by ensuring the scooter or e-bike is in good working condition, following traffic laws, and adhering to company safety protocols.
