We're hiring Market Activators to expand and diversify our network by connecting with new restaurant and grocery partners, ensuring a wide range of dining and shopping options. This role fits across sales and partner management teams, driving growth and market penetration. The Market Activator role creates impact by actively onboarding new partners in Leicester, making each day dynamic and contributing to the collective success of our online food delivery and grocery marketplace. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with new restaurant and grocery partners, bringing them on board to the Just Eat Takeaway platform to expand network reach. - Take ownership of identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and signing up partners to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals effectively. - Provide insights to contribute to team metrics and targets for collective success, actively participating in a supportive, collaborative culture to drive order growth and customer expansion.

- Possess a full, clean, valid UK driving licence to effectively cover the Leicester area and manage partner visits independently. - Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills, characterized by enthusiasm, passion, and the ability to influence effectively to secure new restaurant and grocery partners. - Exhibit robust problem-solving abilities, adept at finding solutions and navigating challenges while maintaining effective verbal and written communication skills in English for clear partner engagement.
