This role creates impact by connecting riders with destinations and enabling flexible earning, operating independently across various locations and work modes. Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a personal or rented vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and Uber guidelines, ensuring efficient and comfortable transport for passengers. - Utilize the Uber driver application to accept ride requests, navigate routes, and manage trip details effectively, maintaining high service ratings and customer satisfaction. - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and a positive experience for every ride completed.
- Access earnings daily, up to five times per day through Instant Pay, providing immediate financial liquidity and flexible income management. - Enjoy complete schedule autonomy, driving as much or as little as desired, allowing for personalized work-life integration and flexible commitments.
- Possess a minimum of 1+ years of licensed driving experience in the US, increasing to 3+ years for applicants under 25 years of age. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle with a valid US Driver's License, along with a compatible iPhone or Android smartphone for platform access. - Demonstrate strong personal responsibility and adherence to safety protocols, ensuring consistent, high-quality service while operating independently.
