This role creates significant impact by offering convenient mobility solutions to customers in various cities, operating remotely and on-demand within their chosen service areas. Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their destinations using personal or rented vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and Uber's community guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction. - Manage personal driving schedule and availability through the Uber app, optimizing earning potential by responding to ride requests and navigating efficiently within designated service zones. - Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle for passenger comfort and safety, regularly performing vehicle checks to comply with Uber's standards and local regulations.
- Access earnings up to five times daily with Instant Pay, providing immediate financial liquidity and flexible cash flow management for personal needs. - Control your own work schedule and hours entirely, allowing for unparalleled flexibility to drive as much or as little as desired.
- Possess a minimum of one year of licensed driving experience in the US, or three years if under 25, demonstrating safe driving ability. - Utilize an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone for app navigation and communication, ensuring operational readiness. - Consent to and pass a driver screening and background check, holding a valid US driver's license and providing proof of residency and vehicle insurance.
