This role creates significant impact by offering accessible, convenient rides across various cities, operating onsite as an independent contractor. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers using your personal vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines to ensure a secure and pleasant journey. - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness, utilizing the Uber driver app for navigation and ride management to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Provide excellent customer service to riders, communicating clearly and professionally to enhance the overall experience and foster positive ratings.
- Access to an early payment system allowing partners to cash out their earnings up to five times a day, enhancing financial liquidity. - Complete autonomy over driving schedule and workload, offering significant flexibility to adjust work hours according to personal needs and commitments.
- Possess a valid US Driver's license and a minimum of one year of licensed driving experience in the US; three years required for drivers under 25. - Utilize an eligible 4-door vehicle for transportation services and own an iPhone or Android smartphone for app functionality and communication. - Consent to and successfully pass a thorough driver screening and background check, ensuring compliance with safety and eligibility standards.
