- Possess a minimum of 1+ year of licensed driving experience in the US, increasing to 3 years if under 25 years old. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle and utilize an iPhone or Android smartphone for all ride management and communication. - Demonstrate strong personal accountability by consenting to driver screening and comprehensive background checks promptly.
