We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide safe, efficient transportation services, integrating seamlessly into the broader network of drivers and riders. This role creates impact by connecting communities and facilitating mobility in various cities, operating onsite with a flexible work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Operate a 4-door vehicle safely, utilizing the Uber driver app for ride requests and navigation, ensuring timely, comfortable transport for passengers and efficient service. - Maintain high customer service standards, communicating effectively with riders and adhering to guidelines, enhancing the Uber experience and fostering positive ratings. - Manage driving schedule and earnings via Uber's Instant Pay, optimizing time on the road to meet financial goals and maximize earning potential efficiently.
- Receive earnings up to 5 times daily with Instant Pay, providing immediate access to funds and financial flexibility for drivers. - Enjoy complete autonomy over your work schedule, choosing when and how much to drive, allowing for seamless integration with personal commitments. - Access rental partners for vehicle provision by hour, day, or week, supporting drivers who do not own an eligible vehicle and enabling participation.
- Possess at least 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US, increasing to 3 years if under 25, demonstrating responsible driving history. - Utilize an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone, ensuring connectivity and operational readiness for the Uber platform. - Consent to a thorough driver screening and background check, demonstrating a commitment to safety and adherence to community and legal standards.
