We're hiring a Ride Share Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services to passengers. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to earn income on your own schedule, working as an independent contractor in various locations. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations using the Uber app and navigation tools, ensuring a comfortable and timely journey. - Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, maintaining a professional demeanor and providing excellent customer service to every rider. - Manage driving shifts effectively, utilizing the app for trip requests and route planning, and accepting payments, contributing to Uber's service efficiency.
- Guaranteed earnings of at least $1460 for completing the first 125 trips within 30 days, with potential for higher earnings including tips. - Flexible schedule control, allowing drivers to decide when and where they drive, accommodating various work arrangements like gig, part-time, full-time, seasonal, or temporary. - Access to Uber's Instant Pay for cashing out earnings up to 5 times a day and 24/7 driver support including app-based directions.
- Must be 21 years or older with at least one year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23). - Requires a 4-door vehicle, a valid U.S. driver's license, and proof of vehicle insurance. - Previous experience in transportation roles like delivery driver or taxi driver is beneficial, alongside familiarity with peer-to-peer ridesharing platforms.
