We're hiring a Part-time Delivery Driver to deliver orders to customers, ensuring timely and friendly service while representing our brand. This role operates in Amsterdam and follows a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders to customers' addresses using your own vehicle (e-bike, scooter, or motorbike) while maintaining punctuality and order accuracy. - Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and ensuring orders are complete and undamaged upon delivery. - Follow safety protocols and traffic regulations while navigating routes efficiently to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency. - Maintain your vehicle in good condition, ensuring it meets legal and safety standards for commercial use, including insurance coverage. - Communicate proactively with the support team to resolve issues, update delivery statuses, and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance, learn new skills, and stay updated on company policies and promotions.
