- 5+ years experience in managing large-scale strategic programs within delivery or logistics, demonstrating leadership in complex operational environments. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to simplify complexity and create clarity by utilizing various data analysis tools and metrics to inform strategic decisions. - Strong collaborative skills to gain trust and help the team stay committed to achieving goals, fostering effective cross-functional teamwork and communication within the organization.
