- Demonstrated vast experience managing large-scale strategic programs, ideally within a dynamic, fast-paced delivery or logistics operational environment. - Proven track record of establishing strategic excellence, driving operational targets, and managing budgets effectively in a digital-first context. - Strong collaborative, analytical, and proactive problem-solving skills with clarity, enabling effective influence across all organisational levels and contexts.
