Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of delivery services, driving cost optimisation while balancing performance for all partners to achieve country service levels. - Establish standards of operational excellence and promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams to enhance delivery services. - Manage key cross-functional projects by collaborating with sponsors to ensure rapid and impactful delivery and empower team members to excel.
- 5+ years experience in managing large-scale strategic programs within a fast-paced delivery or logistics context, driving critical initiatives. - Proven track record of establishing strategic excellence and driving operational targets, applying strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. - Demonstrated strong collaborative skills to gain trust and foster team commitment, proactively solving complex problems and navigating ambiguity.
