Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of delivery services, optimizing costs and balancing performance for all partners to ensure efficient and effective operational delivery. - Establish standards of operational excellence and promote continuous improvement across teams to elevate service quality and drive consistent process enhancements. - Lead the courier engagement program to drive improved insights and loyalty by understanding their needs, enhancing courier satisfaction and operational efficiency.
