We're hiring a Head of Delivery to lead strategic direction and network optimisation across Belgium, managing a high-performing Logistics team and collaborating with global analytics. This role drives impact by enhancing delivery services and maximising volume through data-driven excellence, ensuring a premium experience for all stakeholders onsite in Belgium. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of delivery services, optimizing costs and balancing performance for all partners to achieve operational efficiency and satisfaction. - Establish operational excellence standards, promoting continuous improvement to enhance team performance and delivery service quality consistently. - Lead the courier engagement program, driving improved insights and loyalty through empathetic understanding to enhance courier satisfaction and service.
