This role creates impact by enhancing delivery services and maximising volume through data-driven excellence, ensuring a best-in-class experience for customers, partners, and couriers in Belgium, onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of delivery services, driving cost optimisation while balancing performance for all partners to achieve operational efficiency and satisfaction. - Establish standards of operational excellence and promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams to elevate service quality and drive innovation. - Lead our courier engagement program to drive improved insights and loyalty by understanding their needs and fostering a supportive community.
