Key Responsibilities: - Lead execution of delivery services, optimising costs while balancing performance for all partners to meet country service levels and maximise conversion. - Establish standards of operational excellence, promoting continuous improvement and a safety/compliance-focused culture by identifying risks and opportunities. - Manage key cross-functional projects, collaborating with sponsors and leading the courier engagement program to ensure rapid, impactful delivery and improved loyalty.
- X+ years experience in managing large-scale strategic programs within a fast-paced delivery or logistics context to achieve operational targets. - Proven track record establishing strategic excellence and fostering continuous improvement through data-driven analytical approaches and business intelligence. - Strong collaborative skills to gain trust and ensure team commitment, alongside proactive problem-solving with the ability to see the big picture.
