We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to facilitate the timely and efficient transfer of goods between merchants and customers, operating independently across our service network. This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and business growth by ensuring prompt deliveries, providing flexible work opportunities in various locations through an on-demand, remote setup. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to achieve high customer satisfaction scores. - Navigate effectively to various merchant and customer locations utilizing GPS, adhering to all traffic laws and maintaining safe driving practices. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, resolving delivery issues promptly to uphold service quality and DoorDash's reputation.
- Earn base pay per delivery plus 100% of all customer tips received, with additional earning opportunities through Peak Pay and Challenges. - Enjoy fully flexible work hours with no minimum or maximum requirements, allowing you to start and stop anytime based on your availability.
- Must be 18 years or older (19 in some states, 21 in California) and possess a valid driver's license or state identification. - Utilize a reliable personal vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and an active smartphone for the DoorDash app and navigation. - Demonstrate professionalism and safe driving practices consistently, ensuring efficient and courteous interactions with customers and merchants.
