We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently deliver food and items, seamlessly connecting local merchants with customers through our dynamic delivery network. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely deliveries, operating across various local areas with a fully onsite, flexible work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and complete delivery requests via the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and efficient drop-off to customers to maintain service quality. - Utilize in-app GPS navigation and route optimization tools to efficiently transport orders, ensuring accurate and prompt deliveries across designated service zones. - Proactively communicate with customers and support teams regarding delivery status or issues, resolving concerns to enhance the overall delivery experience and satisfaction.
