This role directly impacts customer satisfaction by providing timely deliveries, operating onsite across various cities to meet on-demand needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming delivery requests, ensuring prompt acceptance and successful completion through the intuitive Dasher app interface. - Utilize in-app GPS navigation tools to efficiently plan optimal routes, arriving at designated pick-up and drop-off locations precisely. - Engage respectfully with customers and support staff, upholding professional conduct and consistently adhering to safe driving practices.
- Receive competitive base pay for each completed delivery, supplemented by peak pay and promotional challenges, plus retain 100% of customer tips. - Enjoy complete schedule flexibility, with the ability to choose your own hours and work on-demand, starting and stopping whenever suits your availability.
- Possess a valid driver's license or state ID, along with a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a compatible smartphone. - Demonstrate a commitment to professionalism and safe driving practices, ensuring a positive experience for customers and maintaining road safety. - Be at least 18 years of age (19 in some states, 21 in California) and provide a Social Security Number for a background check.
