We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to efficiently transport orders from diverse local merchants to customers, serving as a crucial link in the delivery network. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely deliveries within local communities, offering flexible onsite work. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet customer expectations effectively. - Navigate to various merchant and customer locations with GPS, adhering to safe driving practices to ensure the secure transport of goods. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, providing updates and resolving issues to enhance the overall delivery experience.
- Compensation includes base pay, performance-based promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus 100% of all customer tips. - Enjoy complete schedule flexibility, with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing you to start and stop delivering on-demand at any time.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 or 21 in some states) with a valid driver's license or ID, and a Social Security Number for background checks. - Possess a reliable vehicle, such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, along with a smartphone to efficiently manage deliveries via the Dasher app. - Demonstrate professionalism and safe driving practices, ensuring courteous interactions and the secure transport of items to customers.
