This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success, providing timely, reliable delivery services onsite in designated local communities. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using Dasher app, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs for high customer satisfaction. - Accurately navigate delivery routes with GPS, ensuring safe and prompt item delivery to designated customer locations. - Communicate professionally with customers/support, providing updates and resolving issues for positive delivery outcomes.
