We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently deliver food and items, acting as a crucial link between local merchants, DoorDash's platform, and hungry customers. This role creates significant impact by ensuring timely and customer-focused deliveries, operating at various customer locations as an onsite independent contractor. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers promptly, managing routes efficiently using in-app GPS, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for customer satisfaction. - Navigate safely and professionally to customer locations, communicate clearly with customers and support via the DoorDash app, resolving delivery issues proactively. - Maintain a high level of service quality during each delivery, adhering to DoorDash's operational standards and local regulations to uphold brand reputation.
- Compensation includes base pay, performance-based promotions (Peak Pay, Challenges), and 100% of all customer tips earned. - Enjoy fully flexible work schedules, with no minimum or maximum hours required, allowing drivers to start and stop anytime on-demand.
