This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient deliveries, operating primarily onsite within designated local service areas with a highly flexible, self-directed work schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers within the DoorDash application, ensuring all assigned items reach the customer promptly and accurately. - Utilize GPS navigation tools for optimal route planning and execution, adhering to all traffic laws to maintain safety standards throughout delivery routes. - Proactively communicate with customers and support teams regarding order status or unforeseen issues, resolving inquiries to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
