Key Responsibilities: - Process and confirm delivery requests via the Dasher app, ensuring all order details are accurate and customer instructions are meticulously followed for a seamless pickup. - Navigate efficiently using GPS tools and real-time traffic updates, optimizing routes to achieve prompt delivery targets and uphold service level agreements effectively. - Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and support, resolving delivery-related inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
