This role impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely, safe deliveries within various local areas, primarily operating in an onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accept delivery offers via the Dasher app, then efficiently complete each assigned delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt service. - Utilize GPS navigation provided through the Dasher app to locate merchants and customers, optimizing routes for efficient, on-time delivery. - Communicate clearly with customers and support, maintaining professionalism and adhering to safe driving practices to ensure a positive delivery experience.
