We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to serve as the crucial link between local merchants and hungry customers, fitting into our extensive logistics and customer service network. This role creates impact by enabling fast, convenient delivery of goods, working onsite across various urban locations with complete schedule flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app to ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment. - Utilize GPS navigation systems to accurately reach customer locations and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency. - Professionally communicate with customers and support to resolve delivery issues and maintain high service standards.
- Earn competitive base pay per delivery, including promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus retain 100% of all customer tips received. - Enjoy a fully flexible work schedule with no minimum or maximum hour requirements, allowing you to start and stop delivering anytime.
- Possess a valid driver's license or state ID and an SSN, along with being at least 18 years old (19/21 in some states). - Operate a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a smartphone capable of running the Dasher app for efficient deliveries. - Demonstrate professional communication skills with customers and support, ensuring a positive experience and safe driving practices.
