Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off according to specific customer instructions and company standards. - Navigate diverse urban and suburban routes using GPS technology, maintaining safe driving practices and adhering to all local traffic laws to ensure delivery integrity. - Communicate proactively with customers and support staff regarding delivery status or issues, resolving concerns professionally to enhance the overall service experience.
