This role directly enhances customer satisfaction and supports local businesses by providing essential delivery services across various neighborhoods in an onsite, flexible work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet customer expectations and service level agreements. - Utilize GPS navigation tools to efficiently plan routes and arrive at merchant and customer locations promptly, minimizing delays and optimizing delivery times. - Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and support, providing updates and resolving issues while consistently practicing safe driving protocols.
