Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and accurate drop-off to customers to meet service level agreements. - Navigate efficiently to delivery locations using GPS, adhering to traffic laws and maintaining safe driving practices to ensure the integrity of items and personal safety. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, providing updates and resolving minor issues promptly to uphold a high standard of customer experience and satisfaction.
