This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring prompt deliveries, working independently and onsite within a flexible schedule in assigned areas. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring items are picked up promptly from merchants to meet customer expectations effectively. - Navigate to customer locations efficiently with GPS guidance, maintaining professionalism and safe driving practices for every delivery interaction and road condition. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and support staff, resolving any delivery issues promptly to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Drivers earn competitive base pay per delivery, enhanced by promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus 100% of all customer tips received. - Enjoy complete schedule flexibility, with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing for on-demand work and the freedom to start and stop anytime.
