Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, effectively managing new requests and routes to ensure timely customer receipt. - Navigate efficiently using GPS technology, following optimal routes and adapting to traffic conditions to meet delivery deadlines and service expectations. - Communicate proactively with customers and support, providing updates and resolving any delivery-related issues to maintain high levels of professionalism and satisfaction.
