We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently deliver food and items, fitting as a crucial link between local businesses and their customers within the delivery ecosystem. This role creates direct customer satisfaction by promptly delivering goods, operating as a remote contractor, connecting communities through efficient logistical services. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage and accept delivery offers through the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and completion of each assigned task for customer satisfaction. - Utilize GPS navigation systems for optimal route planning and execution, delivering items promptly while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety standards. - Effectively communicate with customers and support via in-app features, resolving delivery-related inquiries and maintaining a professional demeanor throughout interactions.
- Receive 100% of customer tips on every delivery, supplemented by base pay and promotional earnings like Peak Pay and Challenges. - Enjoy a fully flexible work schedule with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing drivers to start and stop delivering anytime as desired.
- Be at least 18 years of age (19 in some states, 21 in CA) and possess a valid driver's license or ID along with a Social Security Number. - Possess a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a smartphone capable of running the Dasher app for efficient delivery management. - Demonstrate professional communication skills with customers and support, ensuring all interactions are courteous and delivery issues are resolved promptly.
