This role creates immediate customer satisfaction and supports local businesses by ensuring timely deliveries across various urban and suburban locations, operating in an independent contractor onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage and accept delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring prompt completion and adherence to customer specifications for a high customer satisfaction rate. - Utilize GPS navigation tools for optimal route planning and execute safe driving practices, minimizing delivery times and upholding a professional service standard for every order. - Communicate effectively with customers and support personnel regarding order status or issues, resolving concerns proactively to ensure a positive delivery experience and maintain service quality.
