This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, operating across various neighborhoods in an onsite, flexible work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and diligently complete assigned delivery offers using the DoorDash application, consistently striving for efficient service to meet customer expectations effectively. - Navigate optimal routes to merchant and customer locations via GPS, ensuring punctual and precise deliveries that uphold service standards and operational efficiency. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and support, proactively resolving any delivery-related issues to guarantee a positive and smooth service experience.
