We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to facilitate seamless delivery operations, connecting local merchants with customers efficiently and independently. This role creates impact by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting local businesses, working onsite on an on-demand basis. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently through the Dasher app, tracking progress and adhering to delivery guidelines for optimal service. - Navigate to various locations using GPS technology, ensuring timely and safe arrival at both merchant and customer locations. - Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, merchants, and support teams to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
- Receive direct compensation through a combination of base pay, additional promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, and retain 100% of all customer tips. - Enjoy complete scheduling autonomy, enabling drivers to set their own hours, work on-demand, and start or stop delivering anytime they choose.
- Possess a valid driver's license or state-issued ID and Social Security Number for a mandatory comprehensive background check. - Utilize a reliable personal vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a compatible smartphone to efficiently manage all delivery operations.
