We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to facilitate the seamless transportation of goods from local merchants to customers, serving as a vital link between businesses and consumers. This role creates impact by ensuring timely and reliable deliveries, supporting local economies and customer satisfaction across various neighborhoods, operating onsite with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet customer expectations and service level agreements. - Navigate effectively to delivery locations using GPS and communicate professionally with customers and support teams to resolve any issues during transit. - Maintain a high standard of professionalism and safe driving practices throughout all deliveries, protecting company reputation and ensuring customer and public safety.
- Earn competitive compensation through a combination of base pay, performance-based promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus 100% of all customer tips received. - Benefit from a fully flexible work schedule with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing for on-demand work to start and stop anytime based on personal availability.
