Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and accurate drop-off to customers, meeting service expectations. - Skillfully navigate delivery routes with GPS guidance, optimizing travel times and safely transporting items, ensuring professional and courteous interactions throughout the process. - Proactively communicate with customers and support teams regarding order status or unforeseen issues, maintaining transparent service and promptly resolving any delivery-related inquiries.
